was in apq today and a 126 dexless shad got me thinking on his comment. He asked my damage range i told him it he loled at it (i'm 128) then when i said my sheild was still clean he oh dam thats sweet then (he was like 200-40ish above me in stat range.)

I have:
  • 17 dex zhelm (clean )
  • 10dex ering
  • 9 dex BSS
  • 111 attack GDK
  • 10 attack MoN
  • 9 attack wg
  • 3 attack 6dex pac
  • 2luk 16 attack DKhanjar (clean)
  • 18 dex 8 luk Red Kantians
total dex with equips is 158 ( i plan to use timeless str dagger when it come out mw will make up for the rest of dex)

1842~3133 is my attack range with out warrior pot
2000~3402 is my attack range with warrior pot.

what should i save up for next?? i'm at a total lost on where to go from here.

Oh and my base dex is 93 i know later on i want to 60% my zhelm and i can rest dex after that is done but i want to find the cheapest upgrade first and idk really what that is.

Should I HP wash a few lvls? (i mainly CWKPQ only)

Thanks for any help or advice you can give me.

I see three things that could use a bit of upgrades imo.

1) Your work glove, upgrade to a 12 attack? Dunno the prices now, but they were pretty cheap when I stopped playing.
2) Scrolls your Z-helm with 60%s. 100%s are cheaper yes, but later on you won't have to upgrade again if you have a decent helm now.
3) Upgrade your cape, 3 attack 6 dex can be upgraded to a 3 attack 10 dex with no problems.

Cheapest way of gaining more ATK would be by upgrading your glove. Don't scroll your helmet unless you have relooting, but if that's the case, scroll your helmet so you can switch to stompers without losing any DEX. Cheapest upgrades after gloves/stompers would be upgrading your GDK to 115+, and then your shield.

Um...
I've seen 118 D. Khans for under 80 mil.
So that is the cheapest 2 attack you could score.Glitter

I agree with point 1. However, points 2 and 3 are disagreeable.

1) He has 158 Dex and he is aiming for 160, why bother wasting valuable money getting more Dex than you need?
2) If you remove his cape, he'd need 8 more Dex. So why not try to pass a 60% Dex scroll on the first slot of a zhelm and then simply 100% it? Or you could try completely 60%'ing it. This way, he'll also be able to get himself a Luk cape.

Either would be far more efficient with mesos than what you suggest to do.

He mentioned that he was capable of resetting his dex into luck. Obviously attack would be a priority but it would allow him to gain a few more attack.

Thanks for all the responses.

The plan is to rest some dex into luck and get to 160dex with max mw.

now to merch up some money. any tips on things to buy from MTS to sell for good meso ingame?

Depending on MW to reach your caps isn't such a great thing when training or bossing in places where seal and dispel are common, so I never recommend doing that. But then again, you could also just avoid those places.

If he raises his dex on his helm enough, he could upgrade to facestompers (att > dex) AND convert to luk on his cape (or go for a chaos scrolled cape).
