IGN KoM (KoML) Scams. Do not buy from him.
#1
It has come to KoM's attention once again, that KoMI (the ign) is getting more people to buy from him. Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT buy from him. He's a lvl 15 noob with the guild name KoMGuild.
KoMGuild has NOTHING to do with KoM.

We cannot refund you for being scammed from him, be smart!

The only people you should be buying from, if you choose to buy from KoM is Lightkun or myself xxHannabixx / Reflexxxions / iReflection

If you have a friend that has been scammed from him, please let them know this.

KoML has been reported multiple times for several months now and nexon has yet to ban him. We have sent multiple tickets but they all are closed with no response, this is all we can do until something is done about him.

Sorry for the inconvenience some of you may have been caused.

Nexon probably won't ban him, simply because they don't officially condone selling z-helms as a valid transaction (and therefore there would be no scam involved). In the same manner as with leeching, Nexon seems to take a "it's a player to player transaction, we don't interfere" type stance.

They condone people ripping off people and taking everything they own?

No, but again, because it's more of an agreement between players than an endorsed method of trading, Nexon can easily have a non-interference policy. The alternative would be them prohibiting selling helms at all (as other versions have done). What's more, if the KoMGuild are logging onto other players' characters, that means that they gave out their info, which is officially prohibited by the ToS and numerous MapleTips.

I disagree with what their doing, and think it is cruel to the players who get ripped off/item jacked and cowardly as hell to take advantage of a guild's good reputation for profit, but I wouldn't expect Nexon to act on the issue.
