With the new cap of 200k, MMs get some nice boosts!
Of course, snipe is now walled at 200k, dramatically helping our single target DPS (all we need now is 4/5 second cooldown!)
Peirce now has a theoretical max of 497,662. Good luck breaking it Truemark.
