Regarding Neo Tokyo: Weapons

Now that Neo Tokyo has been released for a while, I have a few questions about the forgable weapons. Namely the 1 handed Red Katana Speed Sword.

1) Are the sword able to be "stimulated" above or below avg?
2) Do they have a level up system like the lvl 120 weapons?

Interested to hear a little more on this sword!

I would love to help, but unfortunately there is only one person in the Japanese English community that has the warrior Maker Skill and he can't read Japanese too well and he hardly ever plays. =/

If they're truely made from the maker skill, then yes, they can be stimulated much higher than "perfectly" above average. No, they cannot be leveled up like Timeless weapons.

I don't really know. I've heard that there are some weapons that can't be forged with the Maker Skill, so you have to complete some of the time segments to get to the NPC that allows you to craft those items.

Will these make lunchboxes obsolete if they can be forged with the Maker Skill?

It wouldn't matter because:

1) We don't have maker.
2) We don't have neo tokyo nor some of the other JMS areas.
3) It's only 4 att below the lunchbox.

how much attack would be the maximum possible attack/stats theoretically?
excluding chaos scrolls =p assuming its scrolled with 7x10% and has max boosted attack and max average etc

Well, if you have all of the required materials and you're insanely lucky...

Base Stats : 105 Weapon Attack, 2 STR

Add in a One-Handed Sword Forging Stimulator, a High-Grade Diamond, and a High-Grade Dark Crystal.

110 with a stimulator, +3 attack from the High-Grade Diamond, and then +5 from the chaos scroll-type effect from the Dark Crystal.

That's 105 base attack + 13 attack. If you're lucky with the STR as well, that's 118 Attack, 7 STR clean. Then you add that +21 STR and 35 attack. That'll give you a 153 attack 28 STR One-Handed Sword.

that's an epic sword

believe me, worth it if is on gms xD, if i could go back on the past before gm scrolls being released, i would make my 144 att lunchbox, now i cant =[

The price of crafting is so high as 700m due to a certain effect.

There was a major amount of hackers, dupe hackers, abusing the MTS. And they caused the economy to become imbalanced by generating a huge amount of mesos (Selling crap to the NPCs).

This crafting cost was made to drain the economy.

No, maker has a very, very slight randomization even if you don't use any stimulators. you might get a 104/106 as well.

What about the status effects?
When neo-tokyo was released I remember some SS and people saying that these weapons had 10% chance to cause status on mobs as slow and darkness. If IRC they also said you could lv theml, so my question is,
is lvling as the status effect blocked for these swords or they took them out from all the Lightning weapons?
