I can't find any thread about Fiel's Pre-Patcher, Can anyone link It Please...

but that's not Fiel's

You'll have to donate 15 dollars to Fiel then you can get the prepatcher as said above. There are other open source prepatchers on this forum if you don't want to pay. But by paying, I guess you're supporting Fiel and his site.
