i am also have a question, what is the best drop of latanica? (scrolls, equips)

Just look on HS, the drops seem to match with what people are saying so you can see there.

is it really worth killing him? i killed him twice and all i got was 2 black essences and 2 lanterns, and i used one essence for the quest.

I guess it depends on your definition of worth. Granted his drops aren’t the best but there is more to fighting bosses than just drops.

The simple fact that I can kill a boss like this with no help from anyone else makes this great. My first trip in I had two others with me. Unfortunately they died right off, but stayed to cheer me on. Being far from a pro player, this was awesome! I have four kills and have not had an equipment drop, yet.

lol i went to do a few latanica solos today. each run took me 5 mins and 50 honsters (150k). results:
1st: Black Essence, Lantern, 89 mana elixirs, 25 reindeer milk, 25 sunset dew, dark lvl 88 mage female overall
2nd: Black Essence, Lantern, 95 mana elixirs, 27 reindeer milk, 24 sunset dew, purple valkyrie skirt
3rd: Black Essence, Lantern, 100 mana elixirs, 23 reindeer milk, 26 sunset dew. no equips in this one unfortunately.

on the way by killing monsters to get white essences i also got white magic cape (lvl 60) and lvl 40 female thief bottom.

by the way, after going in 3 times, when i tried to get in the 4th time, it said i can only enter twice a day. wtp? i wasnt even near nexons 00:00. glitch?

I got Purple Osfa Pants the one time I went.

Btw, the Soul Lantern he drops NPCs for 100k.

If you have plenty of ETC space, keep the Lanturn. It'd be useful when Ulu comes out, its needed for a quest and to enter Krexel's map. In MSEA it sells in the FM for twice the NPC price.

went 2 times yesterday, got purple osfa pants and osfa top.
