Nexon posted a patch for JMS version 348 upgrade to version 349.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

Based on the events list of 3.48, looks like this update is a world merge (5 worlds -> 3 worlds), the Mihile class, madhouse event, and "world travel mini-games".
