1. What maps can become "Burning Maps"? Is it dependent on monster level, or specific regions?
2. Being higher level than a monster reduces droprate. Bosses are excluded, but are specific monsters or regions also excluded?

1. Pretty much any monster map that isn't instanced.
2. Monsters that don't exist in KMS are excluded (World Tour, Masteria, Twisted Aqua, and Blackgate City).

As I recall, only monster maps with monsters above level 100 can become burning, but I' not 100% on that.

I think that's correct. I've never seen a <100 map go burning.

Definitely 100+. In Ellin Forest only the fairy maps can become burning maps and they're the only level 100 monsters in the area.
