You must be logged in at 2:30 PM Pacific (5:30 PM Eastern) on Saturday, December 19 to receive your items. We recommend that you login well before 2:30 PM to make sure you don’t miss it! Once it hits 2:30 PM, you will receive a quest in the event quest notifier called “[Winter Hot Time] Do you want your Hot Time Participation reward?”. Accept the quest to receive your box! The event has been changed so that you do not need to stay logged in for the whole minute in order to receive the Hot Time rewards.

• Selectable Cube Box: Use the box to select either 4 Red Cubes or 2 Black Cubes. These cubes will expire 3 days after obtaining and are untradeable.

Is there any way to tell if the Hair coupon is (account) tradeable or not?

Great... missed Hot Time by seconds... Can we stop having such a stupid system? It's already difficult enough for me to log in, let alone at a specific time without being disconnected.

Its the rare chance when you open hot time boxes that you sometimes get rare items.
