[Resolved] Service Interruption - 12/25/2014

Over the past two days we have been experiencing interruptions to our services which included players getting disconnected from game servers and being unable to log back in.

Our network teams have been hard at work overnight attempting to resolve the issues and restore a stable service for all of our loyal players.

We thank you for your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Working like that, at such time of the year...

We have to hand it to them, they are getting their fair share of crap to deal with, and it's not like us, having a problem not being able to play the game as much as we'd like. They are losing time with their families.

I'd like to give some recognition to them, so they have, at least, our thanks. I'm not even talking about the big bosses sitting in their chairs, but the workers actually working hard at this time. Merry Xmas, guys.
