Nexon posted a patch for EMS version 103 upgrade to version 104.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

They DID add bamons league, but in the patch notes they do not mention it.
This does happen all the time in EMS but I still hope we will actually get it
