I recently started playing Maplestory again and decided to play a Dual Blade. I was wondering where do I get the skill book for Slash Storm, Flying Assaulter, and Mirror Image?

Exactly what Mister above said. Nexon made one specific npc in the DB's House. I think the same apply for Evan. The rest of the 4th job 20 and 30's are the same as everyone.
