I got an email saying that "because of my loyal service to your company" I will no longer have overage charges as of May 1.
IDN'T FUNNY THAT THAT'S THE DAY I GRADUATE FROM SCHOOL IN OCEANA AND BEGIN MY LEAVE BEFORE GOING TO JAPAN, AND IN THAT TIME WHILE I'M ON LEAVE I'M PUTTING A SUSPEND ON MY ACCOUNT FOR THE 2 YEARS I'LL BE OVERSEAS?
F*** you T-mobile. You finally did something good for me, and it isn't worth the effort.

I was just about to ask how old your account was for comparison when my phone jingled to indicate I had gotten the same email.

I am on a super legacy Family Plan that I considered pretty top of the line for value:
$44.99: 500, now unlimited shared minutes (that I don't use)
$9.99: Unlimited family messaging
$5.00: Unlimited, throttled at 10GB internet/data
$4.99: Additional line
$5.00: Unlimited, throttled at 10GB internet/data

I wonder if this means I can knock back or knock down the messaging or data option for even more savings.
