What is the EXP and Drop Penalty nowadays?

I haven't been on Maplestory for a while but I heard they changed it since Unleashed. What is the EXP/Drop Penalty table now?

As far as I know there is no more exp penalty, but the drop penalty hasn't changed.

There's an exp penalty for attacking mobs too high above your level. IDK the formula, though.

I forget the exact level difference it kicks in at, but when the monster has a red nametag you lose more exp per level higher than you the monster is.

Huh, didn't know that. That'd explain why some of my alts seemed to take forever to level, only to noticeably need less time to level on the exact same mobs a few levels later.

I think it's more than 20 levels below the mob's level where your exp is reduced
