Constant DCs

I'm now getting DCed where ever I go. Went to NLC and I couldn't stay online much longer than a minute. Go out, went to Magatia and just got DCed again. Starts off with everything freezing, Maple closing, then a notice "you have been disconnected", as if I had AFKed at the loggin screen.
Started today.

Any idea how to fix this?

Might be youre ISP or something.

I get this a lot in SEA.

Only happened today and a little the other day. Dx

Type in "netsh winsock reset" (no quotes)
click enter
A black box should pop up and dissapear
