He means the ones that steal people's shop spots...I'm guessing you can't set up a shop while transformed.

The sophilia doll is the best. You can talk, but noone can track or right-click you

You're not able to open a shop while being transformed.
Basically just tranform the botter/ camper on your spot and they can't steal it.
