Even a 3 day ban that was given for an inappropriate name was bad enough not being able to buy a world transfer...

Is there any specific reason why Europeans can't enter? It's not like you're shipping something and my guess is that it will only increase the amount of decent suggestions (and bad ones, of course).

It's probably the money issue and stuff that Girasol mentioned earlier if she included other countries.

I don't see in the rules section where it says I would get disqualified. o-o Could either of you point out where it says that?
When will I be able to post it here? Or should I make the video private on Youtube. (unlisted rather)

I've posted previous contest stuff on basil/youtube before and have won. I don't see why this would be different, but I'd like to be safe.
