Multiple BlackCIpher processes

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Whenever Maplestory crashes for me, it leaves behind a copy of Blackcipher using up 12 or 13%CPU. After 8 crashes leaving 8 copies of BlackCipher, the comp gets rather laggy! Of course, I can't really say if MS is crashing and leaving behind BC, or if BC is hanging up and causing MS to terminate.
