Kanna link skill glitched?

My Kanna can not give the link skill to any other character. She is lv118, but whenever i try to link it to another character the "you can only do this once a day" message pops up. This has been going on for the past 4 days, and i have not linked it to any character. I may have glitched it myself though When i did the Tot quests and got the quest penguins, i noticed i could accept the link skill quest, so i did....at lv20ish.... Has anyone had issues with linking the Kanna skill?

Might be kind of weird but did you do the quest to link the skill?

what the above said, make sure you do the quest, i'm assumming you've relogged between 70 and now right? so i won't say to relog.

Exactly same issue here, used quest penguins at low level and now can't link.

Oh is that what causes it, that would explain why it's only my Kanna. It's the only new character i've made since that Tot thing came out. Well I'll be on Kanna until Hayato is released so no big deal as long as it is fixed by then.

So if I avoid messing with any of this Tot nonsense, can I avoid this problem?

Works fine for me, so I would assume so, gave me 20k damage range.

I did a few Tot quests to autolevel myself to 50 and I linked the skill just fine.

It works fine for me.

you only get a to next level button if you finish all the quests tot would recommend at your level.

Just do all the "important quests" in his To Do window, and all the Know How assignments for your level, and it appears.
From level 41 to 49 all it had me do was Ilji's drake killing and one round of Azwan, I think. Then later in the 50's it was just Tot's own tutorials.

It's even easier on some classes, my I/L only had to do Tot's cube and gachapon tutorials to go from 47-50 for free. Stopped there cause I could equip the Kanna hat.

I think as long as 'to do' has no unfinished quests and you're under 60 you'll get it.

Weird. I didn't have that problem.
Guess that's another glitch for Nexon to fix.

Alas, I lvled myself too fast so easily because the popular maps were all empty early on. I'll look it over on my 2nd account if I feel like lvling another kanna I suppose. Stereo is right, its lvl limited, can't get the free lvl up button if you're too high already.

The Kanna link skill can't be applied to another character in the account, my Kanna is level 100 and when I attempt to link the skill to my main it says "You can only link this skill once a day" needless to say the skill hasn't been linked today or ever and I've tried several times on different days even after the current patch.
The issue seems to be with the Tot quest helper, based on what I've read on forums the same problem has presented to those who used the free quest helper to select the link skill quest that was (for some reason) available at low level.
