At first, when I read the article, I thought he was exaggerating, but dear god, when I saw the image... O_O I shouldn't have done that.

LOL same, I was thinking the guy was a bit overly squeamish till I saw that picture. I tend to imagine kidneys as bean shaped, I guess he does too. But now that I think about it, I've seen smaller pieces looking like that attached to the inside of chicken pieces before. It definitely isn't what you'd normally expect when you buy prepared chicken, though.
