Say what? I've always seen memes as something that is created on the internet and then becomes popular on the internet. While that phase was used even before it was first used on the internet.

It's like saying that a person calling something "radical" is a meme because it suddenly became popular on the internet despite being used before the internet.

Sorry, I'll specify. Bad internet memes. Memes that sound like they were created by 6 year olds that just figured out how to communicate with the people around them outside of parents and family.

Annoying people that QQ all the time when being a specific class in maple, then when they change to a new class they think they are the proest ever and don't stop bragging, and on top of that, they act like if the rest of the classes are crap.
