Xenon's empress weapon

Since Xenon is a hybrid, how does his lv 140 weapon works for completing the set? Shark tooth or raven horn? Both? Two versions of it?

Because the set effect says the specific set name and the listed items are the specific class items, I'd say the sets are different.
