Graphical Issues with Reflection/ Tempest Gloves

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

When using Reflection, the initial casting animation disappears far too quickly. Also, the Tempest Gloves are kinda screwy; when just standing around, your left hand is bare, and when you're in battle stance, your right hand becomes bare.
