Ok I'm genuinely curious how this typo was made. Did somebody fall asleep on the coma key while making this list?

So much for "Reporting" doing anything lol. I've reported this one Evan hacker multiple times on my chars and he's still not banned.

I know exactly how you feel man, there's this Evan hacker who's always in Oblivion 5. I've reported him every time I've seen him for like a month, he's still not pineappleing banned.

There is no way the list of perma banned people isn't generated by a script (Or, I would at least hope not, it'd be MUCH quicker and less mindnumbing for someone to quickly type up a simple piece of code to generate a list of all perma bans between two times...). There were probably "empty" data entries for some reason (revoked bans or something?), but the system read the blank data entry in anyway.

Otherwise it wouldn't make snese that someone just randoml tapped space,space,space, repeatedly for no reason.

Mm. None of the named hackers/botters I've seen have been banned, not even the UNNAMED PERSON who was FMA hacking for hours on end, saw me watching them, and showed off their loot-vacuuming hack as a bonus. And who I've reported for like three days in a row.

Some people say his character was deleted by a hacker. It's hard to determine whether he actually got banned or etc.

I believe only one character on a banned account shows up on this list, so if whoever was banned while hacking on a new char on their main account, their well-known main character would not be on this list.

I would think they'd list all chars on the banned account, so they can boast of even more evildoers banned every week.
But yeah, I think you're right.
