They started just a few minutes ago, it lasts until September 2~

First match is Curse vs TSM Evo.

TSM Evo dropped like flies, TSM goes on. TSM Evo needs to up their game.

I think their ADC dontmashmeup needs more competitive play before going back to tournies. Two biggest mistakes I saw was

1. Using arcane shift on ezreal to be aggressive at that dragon fight. He lost his escape when he used that skill to enter the fight near the beginning of it

2. Getting caught out of position and giving the enemy a free kill when they were baron dancing

Meanwhile curse has a lot of experience + a gaming house so that's a big advantage for them.

As long as any team has DontMashMe as their AD carry, they won't win. He's the worst pro carry out there currently.

Curse choked so hard game 3 vs TSM.

I'm mad at that shen build for hotshot lol. I wish they had won that game 1 against dignitas.

CLG Upset!
#9
And then it's not TSM and CLG for finals. I'm saddened.

This wasn't likely given the recent state of CLG.

I know, but it's always fun when my favorites go head to head.

I think CLG is wrong to ignore dragon at the rate they do however.

Dragons help but even if your team is really fed and the enemy team isn't, towers and minions are what win games in the end. If you have multiple lanes pressuring your towers, you have to split up your team which allows the enemy to take other objectives really easily. Whenever curse took a dragon, CLG responded with 1-2 towers. If they want to give up dragons like that, I think it would be best to stall them out by having some people split push and other players pressuring the dragon so curse would waste more time on it.

I'm sure Curse and other teams can respond better and more appropriately if they had the surrounding area warded instead of the river itself being warded. One possible counter-strat to CLG is to ban out the strong general-purpose duelists such as Jax.
