Manon Spawn time?

Does anyone know the current spawn time for Manon? Did a bit of googling and all I got were a bunch of outdated threads on most sites, and a huge number of (rather unreliable) Basil threads.
One guildie said they spawn every hour, but I kind of question that...

Probably every hour (if anything every half hour). But because they're being hunted to extinction, you pretty much never find one.

Blegh. Camping channels doesn't seem to spawn them?
I've been sitting in one for well over an hour and he hasn't spawned.

It's either 3 hours or 6, iirc.

4-6 hours, probably 6. I camped in a channel for roughly 4 hours before one spawned.

I always thought it was 6.

Tried camping before, spawned once in 5 hours, other time didn't spawn at all

In JMS, it's 6 to 8 hours. I had to wait 6 hours for one to spawn, trying to get a Manon's Cry, before. It wasn't fun.

Everytime I make a Job Adv with any adventurer, whenever they send me with Mano and Griffey they always spawn as soon as I enter the portal. Whenever I die they just respawn again full health.

The spawn is only 45 minutes to an hour. They made it this way in the same patch that they instanced him for 4th job advance. You can't just camp to make him spawn, you have to kill something on the screen.

Or they should change the Recipe for Transformation so it doesn't include Manon's Cry.

Or they should just give everyone a free htp (egged, ofc) and ht card because collecting a cry is clearly too difficult

If that occurs, you might need to kill Manon some 8 or 9 times to get the Cry, with a entrance restriction of 2, hehehe. But in Scania, I suppose that still would be better than what it is currently.

I tried. By camping I meant that I occasionally tabbed back in to kill a Kent or two and then went back to afking. He still didn't spawn which led me to believe it's a lot longer than an hour.
