Ok, so here's my idea for a boss.
there are a few main sections for the boss, and i tried to get it to utilize as many classes as possible. obviously some will be better than others, but what can you do?
Part A: two mobile pillar type things (a la menhrir) at the top, only reachable via teleporting straight up.
this part has 25x2m hp, 6k w.def, zero m.def, 10k touch, and 5k magic. is weak to all elements. switches elements, and current weakness is denoted by a coloured symbol. the 6k def is to prevent NL's from doing much with jump+TT.
Part B: Sides that move up and down, requiring range teams to move up and down with it. will be on both left and right sides of the map.
this part has 80m hp, 2k w.def, immune to all elements, and is placed 250 pixels away from the edges of the platforms. it's sole attack is a superKB laser type attack, that does 6k. Left is fire element attack, right is Ice (for when mages are done with theirs, and decide to attack with magic claw)
Directly below part B is a spike pit - spikes do 5k / hit. as in, don't fall in there by trying to jump attack part B, melees.
Part C: Bottom
this part has 30m hp, and Self revives every 5 minutes. 10k touch damage, weak to lightning and poison. casts mapwide dispel, reverse control. it's in a pit small enough that melee / mages are the sole attackers, as it is inside the min. range of ranged classes. when this part is broken, players are teleported out to the corners of the map (random)
Part D: Central Form (in background till A, B, C destroyed)
This part is mobile and flying, at elderwraith speed. 200m hp, however it is broken into 4 hitboxes - attacks such as BS and ACB can hit all of these parts. This part has a twist - do over a threshold of damage (say... 80k... so don't use panic, blast, or any such high damage attack... and SE for warriors can easily trigger this) it will trigger a mapwide 10k attack.
its normal attacks are 1/1, and 6k magic that only faces one direction at a time. however, this magic attack is a projectile that moves at bain fireball speed, and the boss can fire up to 4 at once (within a 90 degree arc) Is weak to ice and fire. casts immunes as well.
the drops are all of the level 100 set (weapons and armour), all 4th job mastery books (randomly determined) to a max of three books dropping. you earn 250k meso per kill, and 250k per kill additional to that. cap is 2m mesos per kill.
