I'm looking to start over in a small world where I won't have to spend more then a few seconds to get a map in packed places (Jesters,etc). also looking for a place with very FEW godly items in FM and a small FM ta-boot.
I totaly don't mind a dead world. also is it possible to world Xfer into Arcania,Chaos or Nova?

Why don't you try all three and see what you like the best?
I used to want out of Scania so bad.
After I hit 200, I honestly couldn't care less.
My friends are here, waiting for bosses isn't horrible.
My only real complaint is the ht/cht signup issues, but hopefully that'll be fixed when instanced.

In Arcania you can find a channel in the most popular training places even when there's 2x event, the fm only have two active rooms at the moments, the only godly items comes from people that buy them in mts or transfer them from another servers, so you rarely seem them accessible in the fm. The bad thing, the high level group that actually boss is just composed of a circlejerk, but I guess that's pretty normal in almost dead servers, but if you are a solo player that should't be a problem.
