160 speed shows as 140.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
I should have 160 speed (+30 from Archer Mastery, +12 from weapon, +18 from equips) but it shows as 140. I have no idea if this is just a visual bug or that I do in fact have 140 speed now as I can't seem to go below 140 when I unequip my stuff nor did I notice a change in my speed (I could have gotten slower and not know it, idk).

Mine's capped at 140 too (34 from equips, 30 from mastery), but I've noticed that with decent haste, I can get to 160 (and its actually faster; takes 9 seconds to travel a certain distance vs. 10 seconds without, though that could be inaccurate timing on my part. I'll test longer distances tomorrow).

Edit: Just tested. Walking across all of magatia without decent haste: 37 seconds.
Walking across magatia with decent haste: 32 seconds.

Confirming that there is a difference, and that 140 is indeed 140, and that 160 is obtainable, through skills and not innate.
