NX Ap reset crashing game?

when I'm taking points out of mp and putting it to Luk my game crashes...
oh yeah I am way above the Min MP so that's not the issue

basically the 110 points in my hp/mp pool are stuck...
Is anybody else's game crashing when using the cash shop ap reset?
