New Google + Youtube Changes
#1
Did anyone else notice these changes lately? I'm not sure how I feel about the Youtube change, yet.

 Youtube

 Google

Polantaris said (s)he doesn't have the grey bar for Google. Instead, it's black and more narrow (The way it has been for quite a while).

They're both
fucking
terrible.

LOOK AT HOW MUCH SPACE THEY HAVE ON THE SIDE.
WHY NOT JUST LAY DOWN THE LINKS ON THERE INSTEAD OF THAT DUMB ASS DROP DOWN MENU.

that's all.

Too much clutter.

Everybody will get over it until the next redesign, though.

Yeah, too cluttered. It's like they tried to go minimalistic, but in doing so they were essentially throwing the mess in their room into a small closet and said "There, now the room looks clean."

Same for me but WHAT THE F'UCK WITH THAT MUCH WASTED SPACE AT THE SIDES ON YOUTUBE!!?!
I don't get what they're trying to do, make it nice for the 1024x users? Who the hell still uses that?
Look at this from just the gpxplus site:
Just 12% of the users use that resolution, while at least 66% use higher ones and even wider ones.

I like it, but it needs refinement:

- Google+ and Facebook should not be listed under subscriptions because they are, by definition, not a subscription.
- There's no way to tell which subscriptions have new videos and which don't.
- It's way too tall. It needs to be wider. On 1920 x 1080 it looks so skinny...

Yea, these are my thoughts as well. I am subscribed to a lot of people that submit multiple videos at once, it's a hell to look trough Sad

Me too.

I actually like the youtube change, only thing that bothers me is my real name under the Google+ feature. I never made Google +!

Damn google likes to collect all the info about me and then put that everywhere that has something to do with google.

I'm just glad they moved the "Uploads Only" option to the front of each Sub. That's all I care about.

They both seem like they're made for touch screen devices.

Is it just me or now you have to load youtube videos everytime you wanna watch or even replay them? Even if you just wanna go back to a section of the video it has to reload the whole video again.

If this is a new feature to youtube It fu'cking sux
