NLC still unavailable

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: The machine in kerning only lets you go to the subway where stirges and stuff are.

I just tele to it using hyper rock. o.o If you don't have hyper, Legend rock works fine too.

Legend rocks don't teleport to masteria. Hyper rocks don't work unless you've been there and already have one. Only option is NLC scrolls through amoria.

Legend Rock does teleport to NLC. I wish I had screenshot'd it before I used it.

That's sort of a non-issue in GMS, though. I'm sure people have stocked enough NLC scrolls, and the FM glitch might as well have made it past Tespia.

Still a pretty inconvenient bug regardless.

Yeah i see it now. The patch notes said it wasn't available. Also, my cannoneer can't go to NLC but my bucc can.
