I've spent about 7 hours hunting form this, 4-5 of which had been on 2x with Big Spider Familiar and have yet to have one dropped... ended up buying one in the FM for 50m.
 I did however find several equips that I extracted into Superior Crystals so it all worked out in the end, I suppose.
