Return of the Golden Temple

November 9 - December 6

Note: Golden Temple Invitations are on sale through November 29. The temple will remain open through December 6 to give everyone time to use up their tickets.

The Golden Temple is back! Get a Golden Ticket for another chance at a spectacular range of prizes, including enhanced EXP and Maple Weapons!

Heres how to get a Golden Ticket:

• Characters level 15 and above can click the star icon on the left side of the screen to start the event quest Attracting Tourists to the Golden Temple.
  
• Head for the Golden Temple! The Golden Temple can be directly accessed through a Dimensional Mirror in most towns.
  
• Complete Attracting Tourists to the Golden Temple by talking to Mr. Yoo to earn a Golden Ticket.
  
• Use your Golden Ticket to enter any mini-dungeon inside the Golden Temple, except the fight against Ravana, the temples boss.
  

Want to go again? Once per day you can find Mr. Yoo at the Golden Temple and complete the Recycled Golden Ticket quest by turning in ticket pieces from monster drops.


Want the VIP Golden Temple experience? Get a Premium Golden Ticket for one hour of unlimited access to mini dungeons! Just purchase a Golden Temple Invitation in the Cash Shop from November 9 November 29, 2011.

Heres how to get a Premium Golden Ticket:

• Go to the Cash Shop to obtain a Golden Temple Invitation. Theyre located in the Event section of the Event tab.
  
• Place the invitation(s) in your item inventory, then exit the Cash Shop.
  
• Open your item inventory, go to the Cash tab, then double-click an invitation to receive a Premium Golden Ticket.
  
• Enjoy one hour of unlimited access to mini dungeons in the Golden Temple!

Dont forget about these other features of the Golden Temple:

• While in the Golden Temple, use the portals or talk to the NPC closest to a portal to select a mini dungeon.
  
• The mini-dungeons have a thirty minute timer.
  
• Characters level 70 and above can access the mirrored side of the temple, which has even more powerful monsters than the regular side! Use the yellow ring portal near Somchai to move between the regular and mirrored sides of the temple.
  
• Looking for the ultimate Golden Temple treasure? Youre going to have to take on the boss monster himself the feared Ravana!
  
• To do so, you must collect five Sunbursts from the Goblins in the Golden Temple to enter the waiting room, and you must have a party of at least two other Maplers to start the fight. Each party member will need five Sunbursts to enter the waiting room.
  
• Be sure to use your Sunbursts quickly they will expire after a limited amount of time.
  
• You will have twenty minutes to beat Ravana after entering his chamber.
  
• Ravana has a chance to drop the rare Ravana Helmet!

Unless nexon "accidently" put them in. Nope.

I'm almost tempted to log on and get some uneccesary training in, but if they haven't fixed the mobs in the reverse side to make noise when hit and killed, which they probably haven't, I'll just pass.

I trained all the way to 120, and the part in the reverse side really got to me when the monsters were so quiet...

EDIT: Confirming that GT isn't dropping the Maple Weapons-... tried 2 times.... ill try a last time to confirm that

White Baby Monkeys dropped a Maple Storm Pistol for me. I was playing at 9:48-10:30 AM PST, before and during the cash shop maintenance. In Windia. Can SS if needed.

Golden Temple ends at the same time Sidekick ends, not to mention Sidekick is faster and above all, free!

I've gotten a bunch of lvl 43 maple weapons at White Baby Mamas and 1 at Red Goblins.
