That certainly does make sense. In that sense, her power really isn't so bad. All they have to do is make a huge ass wish, and then "feed" her some lowlife (because the pesterings will be uncompletable) to have the pesterings reset to reasonable status.

Yeah the flashback of the mom certainly provides evidence that alluka did something to her. Another theory is that when killua mentioned that he "beat up" his parents before he left before the entrance exam...maybe that was him? I'd hope it would be alluka though because they mentioned that she doesn't bother her parents with pesterings, so maybe she did it anyway and f'ucked up her mom instead of instantly destroying her.

@above: I hope you mean reset as in the number of pesterings required is reset. As far as the degree of the pesterings they won't reset after a wish, since the wish determines the degree of the pesterings.

Just to point out, before Illumi and the sister that joined Spiders mentioned Alluka as being a brother. Killua refers to Alluka as a girl in this chapter....So yeah.

I kind of assumed it was a boy at first even though she really does look like a girl. Mangafox can't be THAT bad at translating if they confuse genders like that. Mangastream does have a much better translation team though. In the last chapter the part where he mentions a nen eraser was kind of weird and the mangastream translation made a lot more sense since he was mentioning nen erasers, not alluka being one.

Mangafox explained that Illumi calls the kid a boy and Killua a girl.

Pariston is being dangerous again. He's getting lots of votes because he's advertising and pomegranate and people know his face. But the reason Gin is secretive is because he doesn't want people to see him/know his nen type. That's why he destroyed the tape for Greed Island he sent to Gon. Of course the other 10 Zodiacs won't want to show themselves public to give this speech...So they're getting screwed by Pariston unless they change the rules again.

I never saw that thing call him "Killua" so that pomegranate is freaky. Story is weird.

For Milluki and Illumi call Alluka brother and Killua calls him/her sister...

Nah I don't think that's really an issue. I dont' think it's anything major to the plot or anything like that, they probably just call her brother or something for some reason.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so this changes things slightly.

If alluka has different personalities only around killua that means it's possible that her power is separated like this. She doesn't pester her parents because she doesn't want them to die. So why does she pester killua, yet killua knows that when she calls him by different names it's a different person. Illumi mentions that if killua does a pestering, but lies, bad s'hit will happen, so the fact that nothing bad happened when killua faked his death in this chapter means that alluka when referring to killua as onii-chan has no activation of her ability in any way. She just wants to play with her brother...i wonder if this has any effect on the lessening of her pesterings.

This manga is so deep it scares me. I love it.

Well...I'll label these so you have an easier time responding.

1. Gotta crack up at Killua's Mom being happy about him trying to kill her and being ruthless.

2. I'm not quite sure why Milluki mentions someone else will pay the price of his wish. I guess he means that the next person to get requests are gonna get fucked over, and Killua wants to take responsibility for that.

3. I Gotoh interrupted specifically before Killua talked about Alluka's power.

4. And the main obstacle now is to get Alluka to Gon since there has to be physical contact for the healing to work.

5. This fat old lady fucked pomegranate up by getting a request and then leaving, since Alluka/Nanako will only continue to make requests from one person until they die. So since she's not around Alluka can't make more requests and therefore can't grant a wish.

6. But Killua is gonna order Alluka to use her powers somehow, he is implying.

2) Think he means the price being the heightened pesterings from a bigger wish that he made previously.
3) He never even mentioned alluka, just that he has a plan. Stupid restrictions are stupid. Well not the restrictions themselves, just the way they're enforced.
4) I don't know why that's so hard in itself. I was just expecting killua to go into lightning mode and carry her to the hospital since he's super fast that way. I'm sure the guards can keep up with his speed anyway.
5) Nah killua will probably just lure her out when he feels like it. What would REALLY screw things up is if she made a wish that directly impacts what killua is trying to accomplish, such as wishing everyone around her were in the mansion again or something.
6) Yeah i got that feeling too. He can't just order her to heal gon though. Maybe he can order her to pester someone else? That would certainly mean the situation is still in his favor.

3. I didn't say this well. I meant that Gotoh didn't want the pipe smoke guy to know of Alluka's powers and that's why he interrupted.

4. Well, yeah I don't know either. This "restriction level 5" means if he tries to leave the estate the butlers will bring him back so, I think. That must mean why it's so hard.

5. Yeah that is true, she said she would stick around from a distance. That would be gay if she made a wish taking them back or nullifying what Killua wants to do. And she probably will just because Gotoh mentions she is the only butler to not call Killua "Master" or something along those lines.

6. Idk. Since "give an order" was in quotes I think it's one of the "rules" to Alluka's powers that Killua said he didn't tell his parents. Meaning we don't know it either.

I didn't even expect gin to be there at that meeting considering how secretive he is. I also like how he didn't do a thing about leorios punch, not even dodge it, which I really assume he could have.
