KMS 1.2.418 CB and Shad builds?

So, I need them.
I'm currently a 63 UA Bandit, and I need a build for 3rd job definitely, and a 4th job build (even part of one) would be nice.
Also, what event book to get at 70? (Shadower Instinct, Dagger Expert, Sudden Raid (lol), Bstep, Smokescreen, Assassinate)

Also, I hope you know that bandits/chief bandits are a total borefest in kMS. Personal experience. RIP my fun.

Having Vampire helps a little, but I'll agree with that.
Any ETA?
If you have the first couple levels set out, or a general idea, that would be nice too, to get started.

Get B-Step or Dagger Expert, as these two will be the first things you'll be maxing.
Quickly thought over Chief Bandit Build:
Level 70: +1 Muspelheim (1)
Level 71-77: +20 Shadow Partner (20) *Shadow Partner seems to add more Damage than to keep raising Muspelheim
If you train at Monster Park and therefore don't 1HKO everything in your sight:
Level 77: +1 Meso Explosion (1)
Level 78: +2 Meso Explosion (3), +1 Pickpocket (1)
Level 79: +3 Carnival Edge (3) *Not counting ME's Damage, Carnival Edge is only better than SB at Level 3+
*You can skip Carnival Edge for now but I'd do it just for the bossing stages in MP.
Level 80: +1 Meso Explosion (4), +2 Pickpocket (3)
Level 81-87: +2 Meso Explosion per Level (18), + 1 Pickpocket per Level (10)
Level 88: +2 Meso Explosion (20), +1 Greed (1)
Level 89-91: +9 Greed (10)
Level 92: +2 Muspelheim (3), +1 Venom (1) *Assuming you take long enough to kill mobs for Venom Level 1 to be noticeable.
Level 93-98: +17 Muspelheim (20), +1 Carnival Edge (4)
Level 99-104: +16 Carnival Edge (20), +2 Radical Darkness (2)
Level 105-110: +18 Radical Darkness (20) *These level Monster Park start doing some high damage on you, so the extra HP and resistance should help.
Level 111-117: +19 Venom (20) + 2 Dark Flare (2) *Alternatively you could raise venom before Radical Darkness, although I prefer Darkness.
Level 118-120: +9 Dark Flare (11)

I just realized you are an UA. How much extra SP do you get again? Also, can it be used on 3rd Job?

You get 3, I haven't done those quests yet.
To be honest, not completely sure what to do.
I have a level 75 job quest from Teo in Lith Harbor and a quest from Neinheart that I've had since creation.
Do I go straight to killing the Puppeteer for Neinheart?
EDIT: Okay, just went to kill Puppeteer. Easy.
I JUST read this, so my build now is:
20 Muspelheim
3 Pickpocket
4 Meso Explosion
1 Dark Flare
20 Shadow Partner
1 Venom
3 Carnival Edge
0 Greed
0 Radical Darkness
