I see nothing about a destruction rate, or anything about booming items whatsoever. This is different from all other kinds of Clean Slate scrolls, that I know of.

Does this mean that if this scroll were to fail, it won't have a chance of destroying my item?

theres also a 20% chance recover slot with no boom rate, most dupers got these
