Bug/Glitch COH doesn't transfer --> Phantom blow?

This is a bug right.... because if not that would be pretty messed up... I bought that book for like 50 million back then and now nexon is gonna say tough luck?

[SIZE="1"]In KMS I'm not sure.. but this is actually intentional without compensation sadly =/. I believe it's because of a different skill ID, however I think they should compensate for those who had CoH before with PB book..

There has been a concern that the Phantom Blow Skill Book was not given to Dual Blades. As with other skill books, it must be obtained from monster drops. Please hunt Zakum or Chaos Zakum to find it.

What I do not get is why my thorns max level is only Lv 10 when It was 30 (It was Lv 16) before my SP reset. Now I need to buy a new mastery book with the NX I can´t get anymore because they won´t let me?

Yeah I tried that but nobody trusts me. Maybe its because of my face I don't know haha.

If you read it carefully it says, the phantom blow "skill book" will not be givin out.

And if you think about it, why would they tell us that? Players should know, phantom blow like tt10 requires a book to activate right? Maybe it was to address the players who thought phantom blow would show up automatically or they did not know it needed lvl 10 mastery book to show up.

However, they don't mention anything about players who have already learned chains of hell though. And thats where im getting at. It seems like a bug/glitch to me. But if they did intetionally do this, that would be beyond messed up. I payed like 50 million for it back then, and now they are just going to take something away from me? Rarely does nexon take away in game items or skills without compensation.

I mean.. this is almost like nexon saying: Hey we made new scarlion v2 helmets! All old ones will be turned into new ones. But then it doesn't and it gets removed. And then they say: oh man...sry, well just go hunt for another one ^__^
