Dunno about you, but I'd feel just as awkward if a girl I'm not interested in started making advances on me. It's just that it's already strange to have someone making advances on you as a man, be that by a man or woman.

I'm heterosexual and one of the most homoaccepting people I know.

i misunderstood "not interested" as "hasn't really thought anything with the gal" if you plain-out despise her, then yea, also >NO

I know that, I was just saying that it's not about it being a gay person that it's more awkward. They are on the same level of the girls you have absolutely no interest in, an automatic NO.

I don't particularly mind being around homosexual people unless they are flagrant about it, in which case I feel quite uncomfortable.

I appreciate when people are classy about their sexuality. It's much harder to consider those people as prospective girlfriends and boyfriends, though, when you can't figure them out.

It's like he was an actual bigot and not just someone with a cynical view towards members of the homosexual demographic who, in respect to their heterosexual cousins, continue to make a comparatively big deal out of their [not at all] private sex lives.
