Meet the Medic is actually coming out, I know that for sure. Someone I know from Tf2maps went up before Portal 2 came out and got to play with that, interview someone at valve, and from that got a lot of information. Like Meet the Medic. And one of the big contributers to the ARG did the same and brought the same news back. The Saxxy comic had a teaser at a new medic weapon and a still frame of Meet the Medic. And, the double drop image had a picture of a new medic weapon on it.

Thus, Medic Update+ Meet the Medic. :3

Plus, Valve had promised three things to us: Replay, Meet the Medic, and Meet the Pyro. Replays are done, Meet the Medic is waiting to be released. Valve doesn't owe us much more.
