Mmmk, long story short, one of my friends (who IS Asian), and he lifts a LOT, told me that Asians builds muscles faster than most races/nationalities, is this true or not? I honestly can't tell. I started lifting recently (3 weeks ago), and I do notice that I've gotten a lot more buff. But then again, I'm sure so can most people.. right? <___< I mean, my arms are huge in comparison to what it was a month back, either that or I'm just imagining things. But maybe whatever my friend told me was true, who knows.

The very first times you start lifting, you see a dramatic increase, then it slows down, but is still happening underneath the skin.

Not true. The same garbage as people who say black people have an extra muscle.

It depends on the persons genes so if you came from a family of wrestlers of sporty people, I wouldn't be too surprised. Nationality doesn't really affect anything.

I don't see asians as the best in everything, so no, sorry.
He must have mixed it up with the fact that Asians can't handle as much alcohol as white or black people.
