I'm sorry did you read my post? Cus you look extremely silly just saying that as the text before states that people who haven't earned their houses are getting cuts, oppurtunities, as any other person in welfare checks, and they abuse it. Why, an honest citizen like myself, manages to use common sense to live somewhere within my paycheck, yet dumb ass ex cars sales man gets into a shady deal and gets a mansion with nearly 4 acres of land, begging for support as he was "tricked" into his contract.

My comment was a general statement to the standard complaint "where is my cut?" You need to earn it, and so does some random person on welfare.
Regarding shady deals, those should be illegal. In fact the current economic ressession is a result of making previously illegal activities by the banks legal.

Ah, while that is generally true, you can see how I took it the wrong way. My point is, its time to stop giving support to the people who play the "ignorance is an excuse" card, and give it to the people who are actually honest citizens, not government leeches.

Then I suppose our ideas aren't too different. It's just that I would prefer a simple system of limited, cost efficient govenrment with low taxes. At least have that on the Federal level, and keep the federal government to their simply jobs of protecting our basic freedoms and protect our country from threats. Other issues should be held at the state level or lower where the communities can decide on better and more specific terms for their own communities.
But at the very least we agree that one problem is that too much money is given to the wrong people by the govenrnment.

I agree and disagree. Low taxes is improbable, not at this point. And compared too other countries were not that bad. Canada has like a 12-14% rate I believe, although they get more benefits. But I will indefinately agree that the entire problem of our government is how we spend the revenue. It's ridiculously retarded, in fact now that they are auditing themselves they are starting too really see how bad they fucked up.

Not applicable to Obamas action huh? Well why dont we just take a look at his actions and see just some of the many examples where he has been "unconstitutional" shall we?
Some of the tactics President Obama is using to subvert the Constitution and "transform" America:
The Czars: How Obama is creating a "shadow government" by appointing dozens of powerful executive officials, many of them radicals, that are not Senate confirmed, are outside congressional oversight, and report only to him.
The Courts: How Obama is packing the courts with judges who share his far left vision of the Constitution and is also working to expand the lower courts to pack them with dozens of new judges who would dominate the courts for a generation.
Executive orders: The sweeping changes in law Obama is enacting through administrative rulemaking and executive orders, end running the legislative process.
Domestic army: What Obama, his Chief of Staff, and the First Lady have said about his plans to create a civilian security force as large and well funded as the U.S. military and which would answer to Obama alone.
Healthcare: How the bill is just the first step in Obama's plan to take over the entire American healthcare system.
Cap and Trade: How Obama is pushing for a job killing carbon emission control system to give the government enormous power over the entire economy.
Stimulus: How Obama is using stimulus bills to engage in massive wealth redistribution and permanently grow government with new taxpayer funded programs.
Taxes: How Obama is shifting the tax burden to less than half of the population, so that a majority of voters has nothing to lose by supporting higher taxes on the rest.
Elections: How Obama wants to grant citizenship to every illegal alien in the United States, making them all voters with the expectation that they will vote for bigger government, paid for by higher taxes on others.
Card check: How Obama wants to abolish secret ballots in businesses voting on whether to unionize. Opening the door to massive intimidation to enormously increase the size of labor unions in America.
Guns: How Obama wants to radically restrict gun ownership in the United States.

If our founding fathers were placed in the circumstances today, I gurrantee it would be much more different. It should no longer simply be the foundation of our government simply because we cannot support the type of government it wants to support. It wanted representative democracy, which, we no longer are. We have evolved into a republic, and we Americans are too proud and naive to see that our constuition should adhear to that.
This by far is a very incorrect statement. This country was not founded as a democracy. In fact many of our founding fathers believed democracy to be the type of government that should never be used. This country was founded as a constitutional republic. That is exactly what our constitution provides. The problem is that our government has moved closer to democracy and that is why the constitution is so improtant. That document is the only thing that seperates liberty from tyranny. Now under the Obama administration we are inching ever closer to socialism. This is even more unacceptable because that means taking away our rights given to us by the constitution. So do I say we need to strictly adhere to the constitution and its core values? HELL YES!!!! I will sooner die free than live under tyranny.

I'm wondering why you didnt list Hillary's Appointment to the Secretary of State office, or the fact that Obama illegally held 2 offices at once.
Quote:Article I, Section 9.
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
While holding the office of president, Obama also was the first president to hold the foreign office of the Chairman of the UN Security Council. There is a reason he was the first, its because it is illegal.
And I just have to ask... Why dont people feel bothered by the fact that Obama has lied on so many occations?

I'm curious on how you arrived on that deduction. The entire point of the United states was to give us a voice. Majority, not all, of the reason we fought Britain was because we had no representation. We wanted a government by the people, but of course that wouldn't solely work. So yes, we did make the Constuitional republic, but that was also an intention to give people of the state a voice.
Now you're saying were getting closer to democracy but I can't disagree more, the voice of the people if anything is lost in terms of our government. Sure we get to vote, but how much of a voice is that when all of our reps are corrupt? Funny thing about the requirements, integrity and honesty isn't on there. The country has changed, the circumstances have changed, the constuition should change. The general bill of rights should be kept, but things like the internet, illegal immigration, hell our own government should be reevaulated. The tax system has only been around since ww1 and it's already corrupt and misused.

I do believe that my last statement was that under Obama we have inched closer to socialism. Prior to Obama, we were on a path taking us closer to democracy. As for the corrupt part, yes I do agree that many of our representatives fit that descrition. The president, at the start of his term, takes an oath of office which is supposed to prevent him from doing wrong as far as the constitution goes. However we can all agree that unless our reps are held accountable then nothing can be done to stop the corruption.
Has the country changed? Yes. Does that mean that the constitution should change? Not completely. That is why we have the ability to amend it. The only restriction to an amendment is that the core beliefs can not be changed and those core beliefs are universal and timeless.
The internet, that is part of free enterprise. It is a business.
Illegal immigration, the fact on this issue is that the states have the rights to deal with this issue on their own. They dont need the federal government to intercede.
As for the tax system. That has been in place right from the nations founding with one exception. Income tax is the exception. Income tax has a storied past. Most notably is the fact that in 1895 the supreme court deemed that income taxation was unconstitutional and thus never to be used. That all changed in 1913 when the federal reserve bank was created and they took over the printing of our money. This next part is off topic but needs to be said. As for WWI and WWII for that matter, the funding of those wars was done by banks who were funding both sides of the conflict. You will have do a lot of research to find all of the pieces to that puzzle. So yes I also agree that the tax system is corrupt and misused as well, even more so if Obama care is fully implemented.
