Email Addiction

I'm addicting to checking my Email all of a sudden.

Its as addicting to the amount of times I check my Facebook.

I actually dread checking my email. Not because of what's there, but because I get all my email on my phone, so by the time I look at it on a computer, it's all marked as Read. So I have to sift through and delete shi't.
