Wow, past event was much better because envelopes were rare (maybe 1 an hour if you hunted well) and you had a small chance to get as much as 10m. Now it's gonna suck getting 100 envelopes an hour and have to click to turn them all in. >.<

Lucky as hell... I did 200 envelopes and got 2M total. Done around 600 total, and still no 1M.

I like how they brought the event back, it was one of my favorite old events (surprisingly).
But they drop too often and they don't award enough mesos
~40 'lopes and I got ~100k

I really don't mind it, easy funding for new players, especially since a bunch of people started off due to the big bang.

The 10 envelopes for marriage is a joke.. I found about 60 in one hour

They drop a lot more than they should. But, the older events did dropped from 30 minutes each, nowadays, they drop a lot more.

i think if your level is high enough, farming nightshadow / windraider's badges for exchange quest is way faster

So far I've gotten 1x 10,000 and 25x 1,000... Last time the event was better. 1,000 mesos and not having a bulk turn in option hurts.

The minimum is actually way lower than that. Out of every 50 envelopes I turn in (Turned in about 120 so far), I get around 3 sets of 100k. Assuming you got 100k meso every envelope, you'd need about 313 envelopes. I pulled about 50 envelopes in 20 mins on a low-spawn map (Bone Fish) while killing for Saint Exorcist and around 50 in the 15 mins or so I spent at Grims. Not at all hard to get them like I thought it would be.

Turned in 34 envelopes, got 6x100k, for about 680k total. It's not that bad for a low level char.

I saw someone spamming around town buying the envelopes for 300k each. Haha.

the 400 'lopes give ~3mil
the badges, gives:

I have done some extensive cashing in on envelopes and average around 8.25k each when all done. its been very consistant with that average when done with the group.
