OK, so I'm thinking of hoarding Monster Carnival coins on a couple of characters, in order to trade them in for Pirate weapons whenever those come out. Here's the thing, though: Will I have to keep those characters at level 50 to do this?
I know you can't do the actual MCPQ after you hit level 51, but can you still talk to the NPC to exchange any coins you may have?
I think the answer should be "Yes," because it's quite likely they would take into account the possibility of people leveling to 51 during MCPQ, but what if the character is level 60 or so by then?
Has anyone tried? I'd rather not find out the hard way that I can't.
