I wanted to do a price check topic, but I had items from all categories, so... I'll ask here, and hope it gets moved to the right place.
It's been awhile since I've been in the Mapling scene, so I'm out of the loop on what things are worth.
I've been getting items with hidden potential on items, and was wondering how I can best tell what they're worth. I know having 3 lines is better, as well as percentile for stats or attack, but do things that have +2 to a stat or other useless potential lines still sell (In regards to people looking to cube them.)?
I play in Bellocan now, so if any Bellocan players know any tips for pricing my junk, let me know. I'll post my stuff if need be, but I'm looking more for a general way to find out the worth of my items without making several threads each time.

Generally, if the clean item you find got 2 line potential, it is not worth selling. If the potentials are good to start with (say you find a pair of earrings with 3% dex and something else), then it's another matter.

Basically if its 2lined and neither of those 2 lines add anything really beneficial to the class then its maker food

Judging from the responses, no one will buy 2-lined items just to cube it, eh? I know I wouldn't. But then again, I'm frugal.
So, in your experiences, is there anyone willing to buy 2-lined that aren't any good? Otherwise I'll just sell them to a npc (Not going to destroy with Maker, since Chaos update changes monster crystals to item crystals.).

people will be willing if it's a two lined rare item like spec goggles or horntail necks ect, but yeah generally maker food unless it has %stat

gear with flat int or secondary stat may sell, regardless of it being 2 or 3 line or way under average. a full set of potentialed int gear greatly lowers the bar for the cost of having 100-200 int on levelup for non-magicians. flat secondary stats are nice for boosting yourself to 170 in the event you ever get your hands on lvl140 gear. but i wouldnt spend buttloads on it. every piece of this type of equipment has cost me < 5m, and its hard to find in the fm.
of course, its a lot more appealing for warriors since clothes dont have secondary stat reqs.

Sounds like secondary stat stuff will be my last resort sale. In that case, I'm assuming defense doesn't sell well at all? We haven't gotten the Chaos update just yet, so defense is less of an option from what I understand.

Thanks for the help, guys and gals.

you could also just sell the item without revealing the potential. If it's a higher leveled gear (say level 100 shoes or a level 90 overall) People would be willing to risk their reveal of a 2 line or a 3 line. So on your part it's sort of a gamble: You can sell something that potentially could have been a 3 liner and the buyer would have gotten a deal. But if the buyer reveals a 2 liner, then you have gotten the steal. Either way you make money on it. And either way, the stats could be (more than likely, will be) crappy.
