Some Questions

I've been out of the game for a while now, and realize I don't really know much about the game. Especially now that we're post-BB, so I've got questions that I can't seem to get answered so far.

Which Gach give the Lv103 Elemental Staffs?
Does CWKPQ have a level requirement? If so, what is it?
What level are Scarlion/Targa?
I had heard something about getting AP Resets with BB, is this still going to happen?
Mobs deep in Leafre drop Dragon Spirit/Scales, right?

-Mushroom shrine, but they're available from a high level boss in game, they also no longer give any elemental bonus so they are purely cosmetic at this point.
-cwkpq's lvl requirement is lvl 90. You'd likely be brought as a buyer if you're below lvl 130 though.
-Scar and Targa are lvl 140 in their final forms.
-It was SP resets, and they were only available for a week, at one per character. They were later available through the Hot Time Events which you have to be online during. There may possibly still be another Hot Time event or two, so make sure you keep checking maple's website for it.
-Yes they do, but I'm not sure as to the current rate. Prior to big bang you probably wouldn't get enough Scales and Spirits to make a single lvl 110 weapon.

Which boss? And yeah I know about the elemental bonuses, I want them for their attack speed.

Yeah, I got the initial SP reset and another from the Hot Time, just had someone who had said that there was going to be AP resets. Sucks if there won't be one.

Guest and VIP equips are no long available unless Nexon decides to reinstate the Alien PQ.
