Assassinate 20?

I've been searching around basil, southperry, sleepywood and it doesn't seem like anyone has found assassinate 20 yet since I see many asking but none answering...
Its just known that it drops from Dodo, Belloflower, Jr, Cerebus in KMS but its no one confirmed the drops yet?

I was just wondering if anyone else has been able to find it yet?

I got one from Dodo. Go Dodo farm if you can beat everyone else to it.
