my friend keeps encountering the problem around server selection or character selection. when he clicks the message comes up and disconnects him. he has vista and has no firewall on.
I. however can get on fine with both my xp computers.....i kinda doubted that a huge game would make it unable to play to anyone who has vista though.....
i was thinking it might be a problem with a blocked port from his router website. is this possilbe?
do you know what is wrong or what can be done to fix this problem?
