(Not-so) Happyville

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Is anyone else having problems with Happyville? I logged on to Zenith today and got my ring upgrade box, then talked to Little Beak and started his quest. After that I talked to Rooney and got disconnected. All this happened while I was in Kerning City. Now I can't log back in. Is this common? :O

Actually no. I went in, saw a mass of noobs, and left.

"Our QA team was not able to recreate this but this sounds like the same thing that users were experiencing in a couple of the Singapore maps. You can try the following to resolve the issue:

1) Log in to another character.

2) Go to Systems>System Option.

3) Change Picture Quality to "Best".

4) Change resolution to 1024x768.

5) Click OK.

6) Log out of the character (Do not close the client).

7) Log in to the problematic character. "
